For Shadowcat fans: here is a Shadowcat wallpaper from my Kataclysm's Wolverine and the X-Men Page site which is under construction and hasn't been officially unveiled.

The forum for both sites would be here. I'd just create another forum topic specifically for Wolverine and the X-Men.

I was going to wait until after I had updated the forum software, but since you asked I just decided to get it done now.

Hey Kataclysm,

You decided to do it after all ;) The initial result looks solid, I like the fact that you are using the previous layout.
Thanks and good luck with the start :D

Cheers.

Not any more, otherwise this forum will be filled with "guests" selling porn, Viagra and World of Warcraft gold.

Am I the only human being on the planet that has never played WOW, cuz to me it seems like its really gotten out of control totally off topic i know lol so ill steer it onto topic when do you guys think they are going to start lowering the cencorship on this series, hopefully by season 2 because I mean they have sentinals trying to kill children and government agent about to torture a kid(Episode 2) yet Frost hasn't made a move on Scott yet, seriously annoying

I've yet to watch this show. But it looks pretty good from what I can tell.
Now is this a retelling of the X-men saga from when they were already formed? It almost looks as though they are borrowing bits from Astonishing X-Men comic book. Not that it's a bad thing, I just wanted to know. But, I really hope this is another fresh take on the team, and not another TAS version. Honestly, at first it almost looked like a continuation of Evo. I'm kind of glad it's not though.
I'm still digging on Evolution!

Rock on peeps!

I just started a few weeks ago. It's been airing here in France since forever, and I've been stuck in the dark. Thankfully the reruns started; I honestly don't know where I'd be without them. :D Brilliant show, by the way!

It's nothing compared to the comics, and I still think evo is better so far, but this one is still pretty good

Of course, no animated show, movie, or song's going to be better than the comics. Evo was excellent, Evo!Scarlet Witch and Toad are probably one of my favorite animated characters so far, right up there with X-Men Animated Logan from the '90s.

the future thing doesn't make much sense, I mean wolverine is changing things, but the changes don't take effect till after prof X finds out about them, so yea really messed up, also no1 memory seems to change, but it'd have to in the last one

The future thing is a bit confusing, but it's a new turn for them. Evo was OK, it was more children based than this show. I mean really, the costume designs should tell you straight away that little ten year olds shouldn't be drooling over Miss. Frost's melons.

As for the future premise, I think the changes actually take place the second the 'main' reason occurs. In this case, i don't think it was Ororo drying out Africa, or Warren working for Sinister, or even Gambit stealing the helmet, were the main reasons why Sentinels biffed out. The final changer, the one that would eventually make the previously un-happened, happeneing, would be the Phoenix. I think the show failed to explain clearly that the Phoenix would be th main reason why the world went to hell, all the other tidbits Logan had to fix was just build-up and mistakes, but the climax in the end, didn't belong to him, it went to Frost. The past basically dictates the future, and remember, Prof. X's memory has a connection to his past body through Cerebro, and his present body, which is still in the wheelchair during AoA, so technically, Prof. X would know everything in the past, but as soon as the final nail in the coffin is about to be hit, but instead isn;t, there's this huge hole bucking flat into continuum. And Prof X is still asleep for the following twenty years, so after Phoenix was defeated, Prof X had a relapse, went back to sleep, and woke up to a new fute, obviously AoA.

You're forgetting, after wolverine was captured, in the present there were those new sentinels, and more ppl then Prof X were surprised by them, not to mention future wolverine knowing about Prof X waking up, don't even get me started of what kinds of paradoxes are needed for that to fall into place

prof X wouldnt have woken up from the coma, cuz the pheonix exploded right near him and frost was messing with his mind with the stepford cuckoos. i dont think he would have woken up after emma destroyed the pheonix, cuz the whole sentintel ruled world didnt last for twenty years....it changed to AoA. also, at the end, (the very end) with apocolypse and sinister on the balcony, there is a 1 eyed cyclops....im wondering how they r going to incorrporate that into season 2,,with scott being an x-man with jean :?
